Removing obsolete VLQ models

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/MadGraphModels:RemoveObsoleteVLQModel into master

Removing VLQ_NLO_v3_4FNS_UFO and VLQ_NLO_v3_5FNS_UFO models, which are now obsolete and have been replaced by the 'v4' models that are now available. Obsoletion is coming long after the new models are available and after confirmation in AGENE-1826.
