Include New Vector-Like Lepton Model

Casey Dominik Bellgraph requested to merge cbellgra/MadGraphModelsOLD:vllUpdate into master

New vector-like lepton model including heavy Higgs and 4th generation lepton. We're planning on studying this model where the standard model Higgs decays to two photons. We've attached example job options that we've used successfully to run over this new module. mc.MG_vlqvll2hdm_full_UFO.py
