merge updated nTGC model to master branch
This nTGC EFT model is used to produce Zgamma nTGC process MC samples which is proposed by Prof. John Ellis, Prof. Hongjian He and Dr. Ruiqing Xiao. Updates for this model is to add a new dimension-8 operator, more details can be found in parameters.py and NTGC_Ellis.txt fileNTGC_Ellis.txt
