Add eboli model UFOs

Karolos Potamianos requested to merge karolos/MadGraphModels:add-Eboli-model into master

Bringing in Eboli models:

  • SM_LSMT_Ind5_UFOv2 used for the folling request (and not previously added AFAIK) https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-7528
  • An updated version, QAll_5_Aug21v2, including the T3 operator; this will be used in an upcoming production

Both models were downloaded from the following page https://feynrules.irmp.ucl.ac.be/wiki/AnomalousGaugeCoupling#no1 and have been converted to Py3.
