aQGC/EFT ccleanup

Hannes Mildner requested to merge aQGCcleanup into main
  • There is a DEPRECATED folder now. It's described in the README and excluded from post-checkout.sh so that we don't get links in the main folder for deprecated models.
  • aQGC folders are moved around and described as discussed below.
  • I also remove other older EFT models.
