Adding restrict_massless.dat for ttll to SMEFTsim_top_MwScheme_UFO model

The inclusion of the restrict_massless_ttll.dat file in the SMEFTsim_top_MwScheme_UFO model is needed for the production of EFT high-mass ttll sample with four-fermion operators requested in JIRA ticket ATLMCPROD-11026.
