Add Complete and fully NLO-consistent implementation of the Minimal Left-Right Symmetric Model

As promised in MR!216, I'm adding a complete and fully NLO-consistent implementation of the Minimal Left-Right Symmetric Model.

We need this model for signal sample production in the ANA-EXOT-2024-03 analysis. Validation plots (comparison with the lrsm_mix_1_7_UFO model from MR!216) are available here, where the old model is plotted on the left and this one on the right side. The minor differences are expected and understood as the previous version was buggy.

Multiple implementations of this model (described in Table II of the paper) are available in the paper's supplementary material. This MR adds just one - NLO with Feynman gauge. I can add others if you think others might be useful to ATLAS.
