Adding extra symbolic link for plugin area

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/MadGraphModels:plugin_alias into main

The authors seem to have changed the directory in which they expect plugins to be installed in newer versions of MG5. This will eventually allow us to get rid of the private patch for PLUGIN/init.py , but in the meantime we have to carry around both names for this directory...
