Adding U1XGeneric model.

Dear MadGraph experts,

I would like to add this model to the ATLAS repository. This is a model that will be used in release 21 analysis.

I tested locally after sourcing source.sh with AthGeneration 21.6.107. You can see one example log file [here](https://gitlab.cern.ch/dbaronmo/vbf-zprime-tautau-jo/-/blob/main/100010/log.generate?ref_type=heads).
