Update to Couplings and NWA Implementation in vlqvll2hdm_full_UFO Model
This merge request incorporates several updates and extensions to the vlqvll2hdm_full_UFO/ model.
Key Updates:
- Neutral VLL fix: Fix regarding pT spectra of the model so that it doesn’t depend on neutral VLL (which does not appear in the diagram)
- Unique Particle Width Adjustment: For consistency, we've extended the narrow width approximation updates to include the e4 leptons (singlet and doublet) and their associated neutrinos, following the initial update approximately 9 months ago (WH02, WH01). These changes are primarily reflected in the parameters.py and restrict_default.dat files (Wnl, Wne, Wnv, Wnnv, WH).
- Tanbeta: This change from 1 -> 7 does not change the kinematics, but may make cross section studies down the road easier.
- Inclusion of Missing Couplings/Vertices: After consulting with our theorists, we've identified and included missing couplings/vertices, particularly in the electron and tau lepton channels. Many of the changes can be attributed to updating FeynRules to also account for couplings between VLLs and electrons/taus.
Since this fixes an issue in the original model, and adds couplings to all leptons (but doesn't change the initial couplings with muons), I believe that merging this branch into the existing vlqvll2hdm_full_UFO/ model rather than creating a separate model may be the way to go, but we’re deferring to your judgment here. Please let us know if we can clarify or adjust anything @zmarshal
To our knowledge, this model has not been used in any production yet (but will be soon), so changing it won't create any non-reproducibility issues
