Adding toponium UFO

This UFO by Claudio Severi implements toponium production as a narrow pseudoscalar particle (but also provides a parameter to change the CP state). Two new particles have been included, eta, with PDG code 6001, corresponding to the 1S0 pseudoscalar resonance that can be produced in a pp collider, and J/Psi, with PDG code 6003, corresponding to the 3S1 vector resonance reachable from e+e- collisions.

It is needed for a variety of ttbar analyses probing the ttbar threshold region, including the A/H->ttbar interference search and entanglement measurements at the threshold (2- and 1-lepton final states).

We already tested that this UFO runs within AthGeneration with a simple JO.
