New aqgc ufo model

Added the aqgc ufo model, which is a model introduced by the LHE EFT working group (https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.02483) that contains a complete basis of aqgc operators. Additionally, restrict files for all operators in the 5FS are added to the model.
