Remove MG version > 2.6.2 check from loop_qcd_qed_sm_Gmu __init__.py

The check was removed because distutils is not available since python 3.12, making the model import fail.

I've removed the check completely. One should probably invest a few minutes to re-implement without distutils but I am in a meeting and we'll unlikely use ancient MG version with this model...
