Adding new aQGC models for AGENE-1387

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/MadGraphModels:master into master

New aQGC models in AGENE-1387 being added to the release.

At the same time, removing obsolete SM_L* models. New models are available (AGENE-1387) and should be used. In some cases these were buggy, so we're removing them for clarity and safety.
