Removing obsolete LQ model

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/MadGraphModels:RemoveObsoleteLQModel_AGENE-1749 into master

This model has been replaced, and it was agreed in AGENE-1749 to remove it so that there is no future confusion about which model should be used. We waited about six months from the first indication that no one is using this model any more before removing it.
