Refactor quad module metrology and limits correction

As mentioned in #130 (closed) , here is a fix for the module metrology limits that differed from https://edms.cern.ch/ui/file/2363543/10/AT2-0000020511_L2-L4_ASSEMBLED_MODULE-v12.pdf and https://edms.cern.ch/ui/file/2363543/10/AT2-0000020403_THIN_UNCOATED_MODULE-v3.PDF.

Additionally I have reworked the code to match the structure of the bare module metrology, using the analysis_cuts.json.
