Check iref

Hi @gstark Here is the rough draft of the checkIref program- as I recall, we need to:

  1. generalize it for usability with more than just quad modules
  2. clean up my gross path handling
  3. make it more verbose/human readable
  4. Move it to the YARR project/directory
