Add cut on ROSC vs VDDD slope, offset, and linearity for issue 115

This MR contains cuts for the analysis.json file. More work is needed to resolve issue #115 as cuts are still needed for:

• analysis_V2_V1bom (not needed following !MR228 )
• analysis_V2_V2bom (not needed following !MR228 )
• resolve data structure issues in analysis.py.
• Address bloating of Cell_text due to rosc data

Cell_text now has the correct structure but is bloated with ROSC slopes and offsets.
