Pipeline failing with the most recent click version 8.3.0: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-itk/pixel/module/module-qc-analysis-tools/-/jobs/61796287

For now do not use pipx run hatch run, install hatch and run only hatch run lint instead.

Native click version is 8.1.7 which works fine.
