Adding Schemas for OB Loaded Module Cell QCs

mqdbt upload of thermal performance QC (module-qc-tools!227 and module-qc-analysis-tools!329) and other non-eectrical QCs (module-qc-analysis-tools!290 (merged)) require schema in this MR.

Schema for Thermal Cycling in Module QC is also added. get_layer_from_sn also implemented for OB Loaded Module Cell (always return L2).
