Jobs sent with V09 had some problems, switching to V10. 1) Tau candidate selection strategy updated in using the leading tau in event and treating OLR and variable computations with only that. 2) Circularity ESV added 3) Cutflow selection updated/simplified to allow the FF bkg estimate for QCD, Wjets, Top, for OS and SS
