Adding heavy ion documentation to the data tab

Mariana Isabel Vivas Albornoz requested to merge hi-data-update into main

I realized that the data tab wasn't updated to accommodate the heavy ion release, so I added information about it and reorganized the one that existed.

I also moved the check of the Jupyter notebooks to inside of the notebooks tab, so it is not as visible. Hope that's ok!
