Evgen metadata

Mariana Isabel Vivas Albornoz requested to merge evgen_metadata into main

Added a evgen tab in the data for research to add metadata, addressing [MYATLAS-215].

Still needs general information about the data —that I can add if I am given some information or a draft about it— and description of the variables in the metadata, which I’ll include once we’ve agreed on the set of variables to share.
