Fix build CI.

Karol Krizka requested to merge kk_fixci into master

The docker images no longer like it when you copy stuff outside of the work directory. The project CMakeLists.txt is now copied to the working directory instead of one up.

Also update the AnalysisBase version to latest 21.2.183.
