add JOs for new Powheg ART tests

It is a MR to add some JOs for Powheg ART tests The JOs are taken from examples directory of PowhegControl They are tested using master The aim is to monitor more precisely features and processes of Powheg on the nightly basis (at least those which run fast enough for local ART testing)
