Fix warning about CPU time >1h [skip ci]

Frank Siegert requested to merge fix-commit-script-cpu-time into master

This should be aiming at 12h for a regular Grid job. Also set upstream when pushing, such that it gets easier to push further commits (e.g. to fix CI failures).
