fix for down/strange squark decays [skip modfiles]

Description of bug

The decays of down and strange squarks specified in the control file did not conserve charge. For example: d_L --> C1+ u Note that all production tasks that used the buggy control file have already been made obsolete.

Changes introduced

This MR fixes the sign of the chargino in the down/strange squark decays to correctly conserve charge. For example: d_L --> C1- u

Tests

Local tests were performed for several DSIDs
