Merge Request for the registration of new jobOption files that use existing base fragments

There are two JOs included here:

421159 for a technical test of running slow evgen (here: gamma+jet fragmentation component) in P1. The setup will be refined as described in the JIRA ticket below.
800001 as one example for the final setup of gamma+jet direct component. This is fast evgen and can thus be used as alternative test case at P1.
