Description of bug

This MR is for updating JOs and Control files for ATLMCPROD-9381. A safety factor 'nevents' has been added in the Control File and the hard coded number has been removed from JOs. There were jobs failing due to not enough events being produced by MadGraph to satisfy the number of events requested from Pythia8.
