Fixes to PowhegEW test JOs

Simone Amoroso requested to merge fix_dsid_60000X into master

Merge request for Powheg Z_EW JOs at NLO QCD with LO, NLO and NLO+ho electroweak corrections. QED ISR from Pythia8 is switched off in all of them to avoid a possible double counting with the Powheg emissions at NLO EW.
