Restrict decays for MG5Py8 s-channel semi-invisible jets

Description of bug

The JOs were modified based on the discussions in ATLMCPROD-9425. Now the new JOs are restricted to 'p p > xd xd~' and some additional parameters are changed after suggestions from experts.
