tweak nEventsPerJob for two H7 dijet Lund samples
As mentioned in the comments of https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-9716, two samples in central production have a high failure rate, hence the nEventsPerJob of the corresponding JOs is tweaked.
