Automatically reassign MRs for which notify CI job fails
Changes introduced
When notify CI job fails (orange pipeline), which means that [skip modfiles] was used and files were modified in pre-existing DSID directories, the assignee of the MR would be removed and the MR would be reassigned to the PMG conveners
