Description of bug

The susy RPVModel HiggsinoLLE CO is not correct due to the missing part to set the lifetime for the out products from ME.

Changes introduced

Add few lines to set the lifetime correctly for the target SUSY particles to the existing CO and will produce the grid with newly assigned DSIDs.
