[Draft] update gridpacks

DISD: 521546-521640
previous gridpacks have unconventional structure, the generation jobs couldn't retrive it successfully
Changes introduced
move things to a directory called madevent in gridpacks
Tests
local jobs retrive gridpacks and run successfully
Issues resolved
although don't understand why these passes CI previously
