[skip all] Updates for new MGC interface

Lots of pieces of MadGraphControl are changing to account for the new workflow, and the interface is being simplified. Therefore some of the job options get simplified. Unfortunately, they do all need to change. This does the first set of changes.

Beyond test04, we expect the rest of these to need updates to avoid failing (those changes will come, it just takes time to test things).
