Cleaning up the Job Option Control file for exotic displaced HNL

Hi there are several lines in the jO which are unnecessary. changes:

  1. There are several remnants from a CKKW machted samples like: ickkw=0nJetMax=2ktdurham=30dparameter=0.4 removed
  2. everything connected with processline removed
