Remove validation jO from check_modified_files test

Changes

Files containing _valid.py in their name will be excluded from the check_modified_files test.

Test

Changed 2 files: one from the validation DSIDs and one from the other DSIDs. Only the one from the other DSIDs is throwing an ERROR:
