Allow branch pipelines to run for automatic MR

Description of bug

Branch pipelines were disabled in !2227 (merged) but this prevents the create_mr job to run.

Changes introduced

Allowing to run branch pipelines when the branch is called dsid_auto*

Tests

• no pipeline created for normal branch
• pipeline created for branch starting with dsid_auto
• MR created !3125 (closed)
