Fix issue with notify script

Description of bug

In some cases rucio list-dids "scope.DSID.*.EVNT.*" would return 2 containers (merged and unmerged) and the next command rucio list-files would fail see https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-physics/pmg/mcjoboptions/-/jobs/41627739
