Description of bug

The MG common file used in this signal request ATLMCPROD-11458 was importing the same 5FS base fragment for both 5FS and 4FS jOs

Changes introduced

Changed to importing a 4FS base fragment for the 4FS jOs

Tests

As mentioned in the JIRA ticket, the new common file have been tested on one 5FS and one 4FS signal
