Correcting names of new sgluon pair -> fourtops jOs

The jO names registered in !3354 (merged) for the ticket ATLMCPROD-11437 contained "_r23" to distinguish them from these already registered jOs - !2651 (merged). Replacing now "_r23" with "_filtered" not to create an impression of release dependency.
