Fix of HZZ samples with tau decays JO

Hi,

this MR fixes the JO to be used to generate samples of H->ZZ events including tau leptons in the final states. These JO were first committed to produce mc21 samples, and are currently broken due to a MR that was done in Athena that changed the behaviour of the adopted XtoVVDecay filter - see atlas/athena@f797a1ce.

The possibility to revert to the previous behaviour of the filter has been introduced with this MR atlas/athena!75570 (merged), however now it is necessary to update the job options.

To demonstrate that the modification to the JO works in the latest release, please find in attachment the log of the generation before updating the JO log.generate.beforeMR and after adding the extra line included in this MR log.generate. You can see how in the first case the generation fails, while in the second example the generation is successful.

This MR is needed for the MC request ATLMCPROD-11568.
