Fix handling of afterburner generators in logParser

Description of bug

After the check introduced in !3563 (merged) logParser fails for jO that use afterburners like Photos

Changes introduced

• Add afterburners to common/GeneratorList.txt with an empty short string
• update handling of empty strings in logParser

@ewelina is the change to common/GeneratorList.txt ok? i.e. would it create problems in the tranform?
