Fixing the jOs for this signal request: ATLMCPROD-11648

Description of bug

Job Option name wasn't parsed properly which was causing errors when running on the grid

Changes introduced

Switched to using get_physics_short, like done in the other jOs

Tests

Re-ran the test jobs and the logParser, attached new log.generate.short's
