Adjust symlinks when assigning DSIDs

Changes introduced

• Introduce associative array DSIDdictionary that maps old DSIDs to new DSIDs (need to have bash v4 or higher for this to work - check added)
• Use DSIDdictionary to adjust links pointing to dummy DSIDs
