Fixing JO naming for DY->mm from 800 GeV to 1 TeV [skip modfiles]

Description of bug

There was a bug for JO naming corresponding to slice 800-1000 GeV in this ticket ATLMCPROD-10727. The correct naming should be mc.PhPy8EG_AZNLO_DYmumu_800M1000.py rather than mc.PhPy8EG_AZNLO_DYmumu_800M10000.py

Changes introduced

Changed the naming, tagging @sargyrop for the approval on this.
