The JO for DSID 600060 does not specify the number of input files per job, leading to production issues as discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-8461.

This MR specifies the number of input files per job.

This fix is consistent with the local tests that were done in the original validation.
