Fix nevents check for MG in CI runs

Description of bug

  • The current check of nevents for MG checks against nEventsPerJob not against the requested number of events. Since the CI always runs with fewer events than nEventsPerJob all MG jobs currently fail

Changes introduced

  • neventsMG < 1.1*nEventsRequested

Tests
