WARNING Transform now exiting early with exit code 65 (Non-zero return code from generate (3); Logfile error in log.generate: "ImportError: No module named jo_utils")

Changes introduced

Add explicit path to cvmfs before importing jo_utils

Tests

Removed local jo_utils.py and it seems to work - no time for further tests - perhaps @ewelina can test with the transform
